Event Waiver

I understand and agree that refunds or make-up classes will only be offered upon presentation of a medical certificate.

I understand and agree that use of ANY Diving Victoria equipment including all blue mats and boxes may occur only in the presence of and under the direct supervision of a Dive School coach.

I understand that parents are not allowed on the pool deck near the dive boards.
